Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee review the following reallocation of parking on the eastern side of Young Lane, Redfern north of Cooper Street:

·                Between the points 10 metres and 19 metres as "1P 8am-10pm Mon-Tues & Thurs-Sat Permit Holders Excepted Area 41" and "No Parking 6am-6pm Wed Only".

·                Between the points 19 metres and 23 metres as "No Stopping".

The Development Application for 2 Cooper Street, Redfern (D/2025/231) requires that the Applicant submits a signage plan for kerbside parking arrangements along the site's frontage in Young Lane, Redfern to be referred to the Local Pedestrians, Cycling and Traffic Calming Committee.
