Decision details

It is resolved that:

(A)      Council approve the continued operation and use of the Moore Park Road and Fitzroy Street cycleways until 31 December 2026;

(B)      the Chief Executive Officer be requested to prepare and exhibit a Review of Environmental Factors for the upgrade and permanent retention of the Moore Park Road and Fitzroy Street cycleways to be reported back to Council following public consultation within 6 months; and

(C)      the Lord Mayor be requested to write again to the NSW Minister for Transport urging Transport for NSW to expedite design and fully fund the construction of the cycleway on Oxford Street between Paddington Gates and Taylor Square.
