Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following allocation of parking on the western side of Edward Street, Glebe, north of Victoria Road as :

·                "No Stopping" between the points 0 metres and 10 metres (one car space);

·                "2P 8am-6pm Mon-Fri Permit Holders Excepted Area G" between the points 10 metres and 68.4 metres (nine car spaces); and

·                "No Stopping" between the points 68.4 metres and 78.4 metres (one car space).

Background

Residents of Edward Street have requested consideration to introduce timed permit parking on the western side of Edward Street to improve the turnover parking and access to parking for permit holders and visitors.
