It is recommended that the Committee endorse the

(B) The Applicant must comply with any other conditions imposed by City’s Construction Regulation Unit.
(C) The Applicant has indicated Saturday 7 July 2018 as a contingency date.

Background
On 19 April 2018, the committee endorsed the temporary road closure of McElhone Street, Woolloomooloo, between William Street and Reid Avenue, on Saturday 19 May 2018 and the alternative date 27 May 2018, from 7am to 5pm.
Alert Traffic Control, have advised that the temporary road closure could not be carried out on either the approved or alternative date.
The applicant is now seeking approval for the temporary road
closure to be rescheduled to Saturday 30 June 2018 with a contingency date of
Saturday 7 July 2018, from 7am to 5pm.
