Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following changes in Redfern:

(A)      Installation of a raised pedestrian crossing in Baptist Street, north of Boronia Street;

(B)      Provision of 2 metre wide footpath widenings on the northern side of Boronia Street, between the points 0 and 10 metres west and east of the intersection with Baptist Street; and

(C)      Reallocation of parking on the northern side of Boronia Street, west of Baptist Street, as follows:

(i)         Between the points 10 metres and 20 metres (two car spaces) as "No Parking, Authorised Car Share Vehicles Excepted"

(ii)        Between the points 20 metres and 25 metres (one car space) as unrestricted for parking
