Decision
The Committee carried the recommendation unanimously.
Background
A resident of Ivy Street, Darlington has requested consideration of “No Parking” in Shepherd Lane to allow them to stop their vehicle and open their garage.
The existing “No Stopping” restriction prohibits stopping
whereas the proposed “No Parking” restriction allows the driver to stop for two
minutes, as long as they remain in or within three metres of the vehicle.
