Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the temporary road closure of Dangar Street, Chippendale between Wiley Street and Abercrombie Street, from 7am to 5pm on Monday 29 April 2019, Tuesday 30 April 2019 and Wednesday 1 May 2019, subject to the following conditions:

(A)      The Applicant must comply with the temporary road closure conditions as mentioned in Schedule B of this agenda.

(B)      The Applicant must comply with any other conditions imposed by City’s Construction Regulation Unit.

(A)      The Applicant has indicated the 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 May 2019 as a contingency date.

(B)      The Applicant must contact the Redfern PAC to discuss deployment of user pay police for the road closure.

(C)      The Applicant must provide a telephone number of the supervisor responsible for the proposed closure and include contact details in the notification letters to be distributed to affected stakeholders.
