Moved by the Chair (Ms Galvin), seconded by Councillor Miller –

It is resolved that:

(A)       the Central Sydney Planning Committee adopt the draft Schedules of Central Sydney Planning Committee Meetings and Briefings for 2026, 2027 and 2028 as shown at Attachments A, B and C to the subject report, and

(B)       authority be delegated to the Lord Mayor to modify the schedules if needed, with Central Sydney Planning Committee Members to be notified as soon as practicable and the City’s website to be updated accordingly.
