reasons:
(A) To
provide an opportunity for the submission of a legally competent Clause 4.6
Variation Request; and
(B) The
application is capable of approval for the reasons set out in the report,
subject to conditions provided that all matters in Clause 4.6 of the Sydney
Local Environmental Plan 2012 are competently addressed.
