The Chair
reconvened the Panel meeting at 6.01pm.
The
Panel deferred consideration of Development Application No. D/2017/1701 at 55A
Leichhardt Street, Glebe, to a future meeting of the Local Planning Panel in
November 2018.
Reasons for Decision
(A)
The Panel cannot support the proposal in its
current form, and defers the matter for further discussions to be held between
Council staff and the applicant to amend the proposal to resolve the issues of
capacity, traffic, noise management and parking and that following these
discussions a report be presented back to the Local Planning Panel in November
2018.
