Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the allocation of parking on the northern side of Redfern Lane, Redfern between the following points west of Great Buckingham Street:

(A)      Between 8 metres and 10 metres as "No Stopping";

(B)      Between 10 metres and 25 metres (three car spaces) as "2P 8am-6pm Mon-Fri Permit Holders Excepted Area 41"; and

(C)      Between 25 metres and 30.5 metres as "No Stopping".

Residents of Great Buckingham Street, Redfern have provided a petition, signed by 21 households, requesting consideration of timed permit parking in Redfern Lane, in line with surrounding parking restrictions, to increase turnover and improve resident access to on-street parking.
