Decision details

It is resolved that:

(A)      Council approve a cash grant of $40,000 (excluding GST) to Sydney Western Harbour Business Improvement District Limited to support the establishment of the three-year Business Improvement District trial and initial launch budget subject to the requirement for a transparent mechanism to include a permanent small business representative on the board; and

(B)      authority be delegated to the Chief Executive officer to negotiate, execute and administer an agreement with Sydney Western Harbour Business Improvement District Limited in relation to the grant described in (A) above.
