Background

The City proposes to introduce a continuous footpath treatment in Thomas Lane, Darlington, just south of Vine Street, to improve pedestrian safety and accessibility, slow vehicle speeds and enhance the streetscape.  This treatment will also ensure safe access to the adjacent Vine Street Playground.
