Advice

The Committee unanimously supported the recommendation.

Background

Davy Road is a private road located within Australian Technology Park. Currently, it is open to the general public and controlled by Mirvac.

Installation of any traffic and parking control on any public accessible road requires approval from the Local Pedestrian, Cycling and Traffic Calming Committee (LPCTCC) even if it is privately owned.

To improve pedestrian safety, Mirvac has requested the Committee endorse the installation of an at-grade pedestrian crossing in Davy Road, north of Henderson Road.
