Recommendation
It is recommended that the Committee endorse 60-degree angle parking in Brennan Street, Alexandria as follows:
(A) on the western side between points 7.9 metres and 61.0 metres south of Power Avenue; and
(B) on the eastern side between points 86.0 metres and 119.0 metres south of Power Avenue.

The Committee unanimously supported the recommendation.
Background
In April 2018, the City consulted the community on the Alexandria Local Area Traffic Management Plan, which recommended several traffic calming treatments to mitigate the impacts of WestConnex on local roads.
The implementation of some treatments from the LATM have
resulted in loss to kerbside parking so the City has examined other streets in
Alexandria to possibly gain some parking.
