It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the eastern side of Eve Street, Erskineville, between the points 57 metres and 64.8 metres (one car space) south of MacDonald Street as "Disability Parking Only".

Background

A resident of Eve Street, Erskineville has requested a disability parking space in Eve Street. The resident has advised they are not in a wheelchair but cannot physically walk far. Additionally, Whelan Property Group P/L, the strata management group for their building, has provided confirmation that the resident does not have access to off-street parking.
