It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following traffic and parking changes:

(A)      Reallocation of parking on the southern side of Jones Bay Road, Pyrmont between the points 12 metres and 32 metres east of Pyrmont Street as "No Stopping".

(B)      Installation of chevron line markings between the points 23 metres and 32 metres east of Pyrmont Street.

Background

Residents of Jones Bay Road have requested consideration to change parking along side the driveway leading to The Star's porte cochere to deter illegal parking and improve access for taxis in the vicinity of the driveway.
