Recommendations
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the
temporary road
·
24 hours from 28 May 2023 to 7 June 2023 and
from 19 July 2023 to 26 July 2023; and
·
8pm to 5am from 7 June 2023 to 20 June 2023,
from 16 July 2023 to 18 July 2023 and from 27 July 2023 to 7 August 2023.
Subject to the following conditions:
(A) The
Applicant must comply with the temporary road closure conditions as mentioned
in Schedule B of this agenda.
(B) The
Applicant must comply with any other conditions imposed by City’s Construction
Regulation Unit.
(C) The
Applicant has indicated 7 to 20 August 2023 as contingency dates.
(D) The
Applicant must contact the

Applicant is to obtain a Road Occupancy Licence from the Transport Management
Centre prior to commencement of works.
(F) The
Applicant must provide a telephone number of the supervisor responsible for the
proposed
(G) The Applicant must contact Sydney Buses and arrange and pay for the rerouting of bus services around the closures, the temporary relocation of bus stops and any additional staff required.

TOBCO has applied for the temporary road

24 hours from 28 May 2023 to 7 June 2023 and from
19 July 2023 to 26 July 2023; and
· 8pm to 5am from 7 June 2023 to 20 June 2023, from 16 July 2023 to 18 July 2023 and from 27 July 2023 to 7 August 2023.
Comments
The proposed temporary
road
The Applicant has
provided a site-specific Traffic Guidance Scheme that includes details of
barricades, signs, flagmen and other traffic devices to implement the proposed
road
There are currently no
other approved temporary road closures proposed to take place during the same
time in this area.
The temporary road
A Traffic Management Plan (TMP)
for the temporary road closure was approved by Transport for NSW.
Consultation
The Applicant will be required to notify affected
stakeholders as stipulated in Schedule B.
