Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following in Rushcutters Bay:

·                Raising the marked pedestrian crossing in Roslyn Street south of Roslyn Gardens;

·                Installation of a raised marked pedestrian crossing and removal of existing refuge island in Roslyn Gardens east of Roslyn Street;

·                Covert the existing "Give-Way" restriction to a "Stop" restriction for southbound vehicles in Roslyn Street approaching Roslyn Gardens;

·                Reallocation of parking on the northern side Roslyn Gardens between the points 20 metres and 25 metres east of Roslyn Street as "No Parking Car Share Vehicles Excepted Bay 414"; and

·                Reallocation of parking on the southern side Roslyn Street between the points 20 metres and 25 metres east of Roslyn Gardens as "No Stopping".
