Advice

The Committee noted the proposed installation of the pedestrian and cycle crossing in Upper Fort Street and deferred the proposed parking changes to the next available meeting.

Background

Condition B50 of the approved State Significant Development of Fort Street Public School (SSD-10340) requires the applicant to submit the proposed traffic treatments and parking changes to the Committee for endorsement.

At the March 2023 meeting, TfNSW requested the pedestrian and cycle crossing to be referred back to the Committee for endorsement once details of the crossing have been agreed.

The pedestrian and cycle crossings are proposed within the property boundary owned by NSW Department of Education (NSW DoE).
