Volunteers at St Stephen's Uniting Church of Macquarie Street, Sydney have requested consideration of changes in the duration and scope of the existing restriction in Macquarie Street outside the church to better facilitate deliveries and volunteer access to the Church's early morning food bank and community outreach known as the 'Early Bird Café'.
