It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the western side of Phillip Street, Sydney between the points 2.8 metres and 27.4 metres (four car spaces) north of Martin Place as "No Parking 6am-Midnight Mon-Fri Authorised PD Vehicles Excepted" and "4P Ticket 8am-10pm Sat Sun & Public Holidays".

Parking ticket data indicate that the loading zone spaces in Phillip Street is currently underutilised on Saturdays.
