Recommendations
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the
temporary road
(A) The
Applicant must comply with the temporary road closure conditions as mentioned
in Schedule B of this agenda.
(B) The
Applicant must comply with any other conditions imposed by City’s Construction
Regulation Unit.
(C) The
Applicant has indicated the 29 April 2024 to 1 May 2024, 6 May 2024 to 8 May
2024, 13 May 2024 to 15 May 2024 and 20 May 2024 to 22 May 2024 as contingency
dates.
(D) The
Applicant must contact the

Applicant is to obtain a Road Occupancy Licence from the Transport Management
Centre prior to commencement of works.
(F) The
Applicant must provide a telephone number of the supervisor responsible for the
proposed
(G) The Applicant must provide TfNSW-Accredited Traffic Controllers to safely mange the 24 Hours continuous road closure.

Toga Constructions NSW has applied for the temporary road
The proposed temporary road
The Applicant has provided a site-specific Traffic
Control Plan that includes details of barricades, signs, flagmen and other
traffic devices to implement the proposed road
There are currently no other approved temporary road
closures proposed to take place on the same day in this area.
The temporary road
A Traffic Management Plan (TMP) for the temporary road
closure was approved by Transport for NSW (TFNSW).
The Applicant will be required to notify affected
stakeholders as stipulated in Schedule B.
