Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the allocation of parking on southern side of Huntley Street, Alexandria east of Burrows Road as follows:

(A)      Between the points 117.5 metres and 133.1 metres as "2P Mobility Parking"; and

(B)      Between the points 133.1 metres and 152.3 metres as "2P 8am-10pm"; and

(C)      Between the points 152.3 metres and 174.9 metres as "2P 8am-2pm, 6-10pm Mon-Fri, 3-10pm Sat, 8am-10pm Sun" and "No Parking 2-6pm Mon-Fri, 8am-3pm Sat Buses Excepted 15mins Limit"; and

(D)      Between the points 183.1 metres and 196.4 metres as "2P 8am-2pm, 6-10pm Mon-Fri, 3-10pm Sat, 8am-10pm Sun" and "No Parking 2-6pm Mon-Fri, 8am-3pm Sat".

The Development of 6-8 Huntley Street, Alexandria (D/2021/1528) requires that the Applicant submits a signage plan for kerbside parking arrangements along the site's frontage in Huntley Street to be referred to the Local Pedestrians, Cycling and Traffic Calming Committee.
