It is recommended that the Committee endorse the
temporary road
(A) The Applicant must comply with the temporary road closure conditions as mentioned in Schedule B of this agenda.
(B) The Applicant must comply with any other conditions imposed by City’s Construction Regulation Unit.
(C) The Applicant has indicated the 27-28 October, 3-4 November and 10-11 November 2024 as contingency dates.

The Applicant must contact the

· the south bound traffic lanes on Elizabeth Street, Sydney, between King Street and Hunter Street, (three lanes), from 12am on Sunday 20 October 2024 to 5am on Monday 21 October 2024.
To:
the south bound traffic lanes on Elizabeth Street, Sydney, between King Street and Hunter Street, (three lanes), from 11.59pm on Saturday 19 October 2024 to 5am on Monday 21 October 2024.
