It is recommended that the Committee endorse the
temporary road
(A) The Applicant must comply with the temporary road closure conditions as mentioned in Schedule B of this agenda.
(B) The Applicant must comply with any other conditions imposed by City’s Construction Regulation Unit.
(C) The Applicant has indicated the 27 October 2024 as a contingency date.

The Applicant must contact the

Advice
The Committee unanimously supported the recommendation and the Committee noted the advice from TfNSW that Special Event Clearways are for Street Events and not to be used for Mobile Crane or Construction related closures. TfNSW may consider other options if there are parking pinch points along the detour route. TfNSW will contact Kings Cross PAC and Transdev John Holland regarding this request.
