the western side of Riley Street, between the points 24 metres and 30 metres,

(one car
(C) On the eastern side of Riley Street, between the points 40 metres and 45.6 metres (one car spaces), north of Devonshire Street as “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 18”.
