Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following traffic treatments and reallocation of parking in Nithsdale Street and Nithsdale Lane, Sydney:

(A)      Footpath widening on the eastern side of Nithsdale Street,  between the points 0 metres and 55 metres, north of Goulburn Street;

(B)      Continuous footpath treatment in Nithsdale Street, just north of Goulburn Street;

(C)      Reallocation of parking on the eastern side of Nithsdale Street, between the points 0 metres and 12.1 metres, north of Goulburn Street as "No Stopping";

(D)      Reallocation of parking on the eastern side of Nithsdale Street, between the points 12.1 metres and 59.8 metres (eight car spaces), north of Goulburn Street as "No Parking";

(E)      Reallocation of parking on the western side of Nithsdale Street, between the points 0 metres and 41.1 metres (seven car spaces), north of Goulburn Street as "No Stopping";

(F)       Reallocation of parking on the western side of Nithsdale Street, between the points 41.1 metres and 65.1 metres (four car spaces), north of Goulburn Street as "No Parking";

(G)      Reallocation of parking on the southern side of Nithsdale Lane, between the points 10.7 metres and 15.7 metres (one car space), west of Nithsdale Street as "No Parking Authorised Car Share Vehicles Excepted";

(H)      Reallocation of parking on the southern side of Nithsdale Lane, between the points 15.7 metres and 53 metres (six car spaces), west of Nithsdale Street as "Loading Zone Ticket 6am-6pm Monday to Friday 6am-10am Saturday" and "4P Ticket 6pm-12am Monday to Friday 10am-12am Saturday 8am-12am Sunday and Public Holidays"
