Moved by Councillor Scott, seconded by Councillor Miller –

It is resolved that:

(A)        Council note:

(i)          new Green Square skate facilities are slated for construction in Stage Two of the Gunyama Park project; and

(ii)         there has been a recent increase in skating activity at the new Green Square Library site; and

(B)        the Chief Executive Officer be requested to, where possible, bring forward the construction of planned skate facilities in Green Square to Stage One of the Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre works to support safe skating integrated with other community needs.
