Decision

The Committee carried the recommendation unanimously.

Background

In October 2018, the Committee endorsed a plan for the layout of Zenith Street, Erskineville. However, to resolve a drainage issue associated with the adjacent site, the Developer of 16-20/1A Zenith Street, Erskineville (D/2015/562) has requested that the footpath be widened for a short area, reducing an existing parking bay from 12.6 metres to 10.5 metres in length.
