The Committee unanimously supported the recommendation.
Background
The Development Consent for 52-58 Reservoir Street, Surry
Hills (D/2019/183/A) requires the developer to submit a signage plan for
kerbside parking arrangements for the site’s frontages, to be referred to the
Local Pedestrian, Cycling and Traffic Calming Committee.
Additionally, as part of the redevelopment of the site, the
developer is required to remove a redundant driveway on Reservoir Street and
reinstate the footpath, kerb, gutter and on-street parking.
