Background
The City's contractor has applied for the temporary
road
A previous approval was granted for the temporary
road closure however, during construction works, the contractor faced
unforeseen clashes with existing utilities causing the need for design changes.
As a result, the temporary road closure in Hansard Street near Joynton Avenue
will require an extension until 28 February 2020.
