Background

The City received a petition with 142 signatures requesting a pedestrian crossing across Huntley Street, Alexandria. The proposed crossing would improve accessibility for pedestrians travelling to and from nearby child care centres and would provide a continuous and safe link for pedestrians and bicycle riders along Sheas Creek.
