Background |

Some people with a mobility disability, including temporary disability, are dependent on car travel by a private vehicle to maintain their mobility and independence. The City of Sydney will prioritise on-street parking for this group. A resident of Short Street, Forest Lodge, has requested consideration for a mobility parking space in Short Street, north of Arundel Street. The resident holds a valid Mobility Parking Scheme (MPS) permit, does not have off-street parking and has advised they are not in a wheelchair but cannot physically walk far. |
