Moved by Councillor Scully, seconded by the Chair (the Lord Mayor) –

It is resolved that Council:

(A)        present the 2019/20 Annual Financial Statements and Auditor’s Reports to the public; and

(B)        adopt the 2019/20 Annual Financial Reports subject to the receipt of any submissions over the ensuing seven day period.

(A show of hands on the amendment resulted in an equality of voting as follows –

Ayes (5)          Councillors Chung, Forster, Phelps, Scott and Vithoulkas

Noes (5)          The Chair (the Lord Mayor), Councillors Kok, Miller, Scully and Thalis

The Chair (the Lord Mayor) exercised her casting vote against the amendment.

The amendment was declared lost.)
