Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking restrictions on Amy Street, Erskineville as follows:

(A)        On the eastern side, between the points 10.0 metres and 18.0 metres, north of Knight Street, as unrestricted parking; and

(B)        On the eastern side, between the points 19.0 metres and 26.5 metres, north of Knight Street, as "Disability Parking Only".

Background

Residents of Amy Street, Erskineville have requested the removal of a "Disability Parking Only" zone in the street as the original applicant who requested the "Disability Parking Only" no longer requires the parking zone.
