Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the allocation of parking in Concord Lane, Erskineville as follows:

(A)      On the eastern side of Concord Lane, between the points 32 metres and 60 metres, north of Concord Street as "No Stopping";

(B)      On the western side of Concord Lane, between the points 14 meters and 49 metres, north of Concord Street as "No Parking"; and

(C)      On the western side of Concord Lane, between the points 49 metres and 60 metres as "No Stopping".

Background

Residents of King Street, Erskineville have requested consideration of "No Parking" and "No Stopping" restrictions at the rear of their properties in Concord Lane to stop cars blocking access into their driveways and allow access for waste removal contractors.
