Recommendations

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following reallocation of parking in Rushcutters Bay as:

(A)      “Loading Zone 7am-5pm Mon-Fri” and “2P 5pm-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19” on the western side of Waratah Street between the points 42 metres and 49 metres north of Bayswater Road;

(B)      “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19 60^o Angle Parking Rear to Kerb Vehicles Under 6m Only” on the eastern side of Waratah Street, between the points 17.8 metres and 55 metres north of Bayswater Road;

(C)      “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19 60^o Angle Parking Front to Kerb Vehicles Under 6m Only” on the western side of Waratah Street between the points 10 metres and 56.5 metres north of Clement Street;

(D)      “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19” on the eastern side of Waratah Street between the points 9 metres and 51.4 metres north of Clement Place;

(E)      “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19” on the northern side of Clement Place between the points 10 metres and 31.2 metres east of Waratah Street;

(F)      “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19” on the southern side of Clement Street between the points 72.9 metres and 94.1 metres west of Waratah Street;

(G)      “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19” on the northern side of Clement Street between the points 6.5 metres and 41.7 metres west of Waratah Street;

(H)      “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19” on the northern side of Clement Street between the points 60.6 metres and 70.6 metres west of Waratah Street; and

(I)        “2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 19” on the northern side of Clement Street between the points 78.3 metres and 99.3 metres west of Waratah Street.
