It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the eastern side of Phillips Street, Alexandria between the points 48.5 metres and 54.8 metres (two car spaces) south of Henderson Road, as "Disability Parking Only", "60° Angle Parking, Front to Kerb, Vehicles under 6m Only".
