Recommendation
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the northern side of Maddox Street, Alexandria east of Euston Lane, as follows:
(A) Between the points 0 metres and 10 metres, as “No Stopping”;
(B) Between the points 10 metres and 15.5 metres (one car space), as “2P 8am-10pm”; and
(C) Between the points 15.5 metres and 35.4 metres, as “No Stopping”.

(D/2016/1051/A) requires the Applicant to submit a signage plan for kerbside
parking arrangements for the site’s frontage along Maddox Street, Euston Road
and Euston Lane, to be referred to the Local Pedestrian, Cycling and Traffic
Calming Committee.
