It is resolved that:
(A) Council approve the scope of work for the MacDonald Street Widening and Trunk Drain Project, as described in the subject report and shown in the concept plan design Attachment B to the subject report, for progression to design development and preparation of construction documentation;
(B) Council note the estimated project forecast phasing as outlined in Confidential Attachment F to the subject report; and
(C) the Chief Executive Officer be requested to undertake community consultation with key stakeholders to ensure disruption and congestion in Erskineville is minimised.
The motion, as varied by consent, was carried unanimously.
