Moved by the Chair (the Lord Mayor), seconded by Councillor Scott –
It is resolved that the Central Sydney Planning Committee defer consideration of this matter to enable:
(A) the preparation of a report by City staff for Central Sydney Planning Committee members on the Genesian Theatre and discussions that have occurred during the process of the development application; and
(B) negotiations between City staff and the applicant regarding options to retain the Theatre.
Carried unanimously.
