It is resolved that authority be delegated to the
Chief Executive Officer to determine, negotiate, execute and administer a
sponsorship agreement with Be Kind Sydney Ltd in relation to the sponsorship, in
accordance with Clause 4.35 of the City of Sydney Code of Conduct.
