Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the northern side of Phelps Street, Surry Hills between the points 27.6 metres and 33.6 metres (one car space) east of Marshall Street, as "2P 8am-10pm Permit Holders Excepted Area 18".
