Recommendation
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of the two parking spaces on the eastern side of Quay Street, Haymarket, south of the Paddy’s Market loading dock as “Loading Zone 8am-12pm Mon-Fri” and “2P Meter 12pm-10pm Mon-Fri 4P Meter 8am-10pm Sat, Sun & Public Holidays”.

Background
Place Management NSW (PMNSW) has requested consideration of updating two metered parking spaces on the eastern side of Quay St Haymarket into a multipurpose loading and metered parking zone during specific times including weekends.
PMNSW believes that the proposed change will increase
parking options for motorists delivering goods and services to Haymarket
therefore improving customer experience.
