Panel to enable the applicant to submit the necessary material to allow for
assessment of the 3D model and the view loss impacts.

The Panel considered it reasonable to defer rather
than refuse the application as there appears to be reasonable potential for the
additional information required to finalise assessment of the application to be
submitted shortly.
