Recommendation
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following in Sydney:
(A) The installation of a shared zone in Curtin Place between George and Little Hunter Streets;
(B) The reallocation of parking on both sides of Curtin Place between George and Little Hunter Streets as "No Stopping"; and
(C) The reallocation of parking on the northern side of Hunter Street, between the points 23.7 metres and 29.7 metres (one car space) east of George Street, as "No Parking".

Background
Conditions 21 and 26 for the approved redevelopment of 280 George Street (D/2015/1845) requires the applicant to make a submission to the Committee to change parking and traffic.
The applicant proposes to introduce a shared zone in Curtin
Place and change parking in Curtin Place and Hunter Street.
