Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the allocation of parking on the eastern side of Lawrence Street, Alexandria between the points 42 metres and 74 metres (six car spaces) south of Harley Street, as "2P 8am-6pm Mon-Fri Permit Holders Excepted, Area 36".

Background

The Development Consent for 146-152 Lawrence Street, Alexandria (D/2017/1792) requires the Applicant to submit a signage plan for kerbside parking arrangements for the site's frontage along Lawrence Street, to be referred to the Local Pedestrian, Cycling and Traffic Calming Committee.

The proposed kerbside parking arrangements is a joint application for the development of 142-144 Lawrence Street, Alexandria (D/2015/1725).
