It is resolved that Council:
(A)
endorse the scope of works for the George Street
South Pedestrianisation as described in the subject report for progression to
detailed design, documentation and construction of works; and
(B)
note that works will not proceed unless and
until approval has been obtained under the Roads Act 1993 in relation to the permanent
changes to traffic arrangements.
