Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the northern side of Parkham Street, Surry Hills between the points 8.7 metres and 13.7 metres (one car space) east of Bourke Street, as "No Parking Authorised Car Share Vehicles Excepted Bay 909".

Background

The City is committed to providing dedicated parking for car sharing across the Local Government Area as part of a Council approved Car Share Policy. A submission has been received from Car Next Door for a car share space in Parkham Street, Surry Hills east of Bourke Street.
